I WILL GO POOP IN THERE!

Well I had a 10 dollar card to JC Penny so I went and got some summer shirts for Carson. I also walked over to Carters to see if they had any good sales. Well Carson kept telling me he had to go poop. I took him 5 times and he never went, each time having to push my double stroller through the store and back into the bathrooms. So finally I told him this was the last time and then we were going home. Well he didnt go again so I put him in the stroller and was walking out and the whole time he was screaming "NO DONT GO HOME I WILL POOP IN THERE, I WILL GO POOP" It was so embarrasing. Every person we passed was looking at me like I was preventing him from going to the bathroom. He yelled that for about 15 mins until we got home. Then we came in and I said do you want to go poop now and he said NO! I was laughing so hard by the end. Oh raising children is so entertaining sometimes.

Caught in the act....

Well I am nursing Gavin and as any nursing mother knows (especially working moms) a pump is absolutely necessary. I have used mine alot lately and Carson always has been quite impressed with its function. Well thats fine and good until I walked into this the other day.....
He told me he was getting his milk and then told me to get the milk from the fridge and put it in the bottle...I obviously refused. Its a good thing he is such a boy with his mohawk and guitar shirt but one thing is for sure... this will be great to show his future wife...

Jumper!

Well Carson used to jump in the jumper for hours a day he absolutely loved it and now that Gavin is 4 months old I thought it was time to start him on the jumping to. Here are his feet, he is not quite tall enough to touch yet. Carson was trying so hard to be helpful...Well he giggled and laughed but was done after about 5 min.

All Grown Up?

Carson recently decided he has "grown up" and he can now do things all by himself. I wanted to show you what happens when he does thing all by himself. He often gets "stuck" He generally ends up half naked....

Or half clothed in this case... He thinks he is way bigger than his daddy...

or he is trying to be just like him....
He is always putting his feet up and "resting" or relaxing but since he cant reach while sitting ont he couch he ends up suspended in mid-air somehow....

Oh man this kid has been hilarious lately I love to see what he gets himself into.

Our new insurance policy....

Well we are really getting sick of Carson getting hurt and sick so we have decided to invest in a more proactive insurance. We are hoping this will help the poor kid from all the injuries and surgeries. Tell us what you think...

I think this is going to be very effective now the only thing is how do we get him to keep it on?

UHOH!

Well I had another long day. I went to visit a friend about 1.5 hour away. I got there late anyway and so I was feeling bad. It was fun we ate lunch and got ice cream. We were headed out to her house which is in this little town. I was driving toward an intersection and saw another car coming so I checked to make sure I didnt have a stop sign and I didnt so I continued to go I checked my mirrors and looked back at the kids and when I turned back the car was right in front of me. I didnt have time to break and I smashed into her. It was so scary because the kids were upset. Her car spun around and she almost rolled. Everyone was ok except my car it got an "ouie" as Carson says. I got a ticket for failing to yield in an uncontrolled intersection. This intersection had no stop signs no yield signs nothing so I was supposed to yield to her but I thought she had the stop sign. Stephanie took my kids so I could stay with the police. so here it is my little baby.....

It was to late to get a rental car so I ended up staying with Steph who took excellent care of me (Thanks hun~!) She fed me roast and cooked me breakfast she is an awesome friend. I got my rental car the next day and finally got to come home. This incident was just a little cherry ontop the cake that made up the last year!

Tonsils...

Well Carson got his tonsils out, I wanted to show the pics from this week, the poor kid has been miserable. He woke up well in the surgical center they had him very medicated so he slept for hours and hours. When we did get home I put him in our room and he slept and slept. When he finally did wake up he was miserable. He wouldnt eat or drink and even taking his medication was a battle. They said to expect this for about 5 days so on day 14 I was about to lose it. It took a good 3 weeks to really see Carson come back. They gave him his tonsils in a jar and his old tubes so he gets to show them off to everyone and he thinks that is so cool, although he likes to shake it and that makes it look so gross. They said his tonsils were very large and showed signs of persistant infection so Im glad they are gone. Now hopefully they dont grow back!

blessed to know you....

I wanted to take a moment and thank the people in my life. I have never been as happy as I have been in the last few years and I know its because I finally have wonderful people around me who lift me up but keep me grounded. So here is to you....

Taron my wonderful husband and the love of my life. You are an incredible father I wish I had your patience I love to watch you with our boys. You are so incredible the way you just take life as it comes without so much stress. You teach me everyday how to be less stressed and be happier and I have learned when I listen to you things are just better. You also see the potential in me that no one else can see and expect that of me which is hard for me to accept sometimes but I usually come around to your side eventually and it always makes me a better person. Thanks and I love you more than anything!

Stephanie my absolute best friend (dont mind me in this pic I just gave birth for heavens sake....and yikes)
I absolutely love you dear. I love that everytime we talk even if its just supposed to be for minutes it ends up being hours. We can talk to eachother about anything and know that it doesnt change the other persons perception. I love that we are so much alike I feel so much better knowing there is another person out there who just gets me, sometimes thats all I need and things just seem easier. I think this saying says it all
"A true friend is someone who knows EVERYTHING about you.....and likes you anyway" Im so glad we have stayed friends and I know we will forever.

OH MY GIRLS!
I love these girls, I never truely had "friends" in school or anything and the ones I had were not the kind of friends you want to be around. I love them so much they have inspired me, humbled me, and I find myself trying to improve myself when I am with them. These girls have truely made me a better person and here is what a adore about each one of them.
Shauna- You have a beautiful smile and I say that not only because its pleasing to the eye but because you just lighten the mood no matter the situation. Your upbeat and generally happy and content spirit fill the room with happiness. Without you around things just dont feel as upbeat and happy. You beam happiness and I envy that being the negative person I am but I am trying to learn from you.
Lindsey-You are so beautiful and I love your hair and you are so creative I have noticed that come out in you alot more lately and I wish I was like that. I love to see the new things you are coming up with and wow girl can you sew a bedding set! You can find great deals and make them work for you and you can find what you need and make it work for your budget and I wish I could do that. I also wish I could just go out and hike and climb and still love it like I used to Im glad you have kept that in your life.
Heidi-You know how to put yourself together you always look beautiful. I wish I could walk carrying my kids in heels like you do. You are so easy to talk to and I love that we can just chat. You are such a sweetheart which is funny because the first time we met way back in school I had such a different impression I know its because you are gorgeous and I was just judging you without knowing you but Im so glad we became friends and I got to know you because you are such a sweet person and a sweet spirit, your easy to be with and thats a wonderful gift to have.
Kaylee- I love the way you just resonate love for our savior I love how talking to you I am inspired to try harder to say prayers and read scriptures and yet you are real at the same time which makes it easier to be inspired by you instead of discouraged. I love to talk to you because I can just feel your testimony in every word and I envy that. You are sucha cutie to, I loved sewing with you and Im so glad we are friends. I wish I could have your will power to live a healthier lifestyle also with working out and making sure my families meals are healthy. That takes alot of work.
Terianne- sorry I know your not in the picture but I couldnt find one with everyone for some reason. I think there was a reason you and Linds met in the store. I love that you are so real with everyone, I love that you talk and speak your mind and your so confident in what you say I wish I could speak and be so comfortable with myself.
I know I would not be where I am in my life without these people. I would not be the mother I am without my girls, I would not be the person I am without my husband. Thank you for being you, you inspire me and make me work harder to improve myself, I love you all so very much.
